Castle Volunteers Work Party

Dear all,

The next Castle work party* is this Saturday, 6th December, at the usual time of 10.00am.  We plan to work mainly on preparing the orchard for spring.  There are a number of jobs that need doing, particularly clearing the ditches between the growing rigs to help with the drainage and get rid of the brambles.  The forecast looks not too bad, maybe a bit damp and pretty windy, but we're quite sheltered in the orchard, so it should be okay.  We'll have a tea break as usual, with a chat mid-morning.

All are welcome to pay us a visit.
